I am a Research Scientist at Meta Reality Labs specializing in the full-stack co-design of on-device AI systems. My work spans AI models, system software, and hardware, allowing me to seamlessly coordinate across diverse teams. I thrive at the intersection of research and product engineering, translating high-level concepts into practical product implementations.

Previously, I served as an Assistant Professor in the EECS department at UC Irvine, where I was honored as the 2025–2026 EECS Professor of the Year, following my initial tenure as a Research Scientist at Meta.

My Ph.D. work focused on flexible dataflows for deep learning accelerators. During this time, I developed MAERI and MAESTRO, tools that model and accelerate DNN performance. For this work, my thesis earned an Honorable Mention for the 2021 ACM SIGARCH/IEEE CS TCCA Outstanding Dissertation Award.
